Who am I, anyway?
It’s one of the hardest questions to answer, isn’t it? There are so many layers to explore when we try to express ourselves authentically. It’s like peeling back the skin of an onion—each layer revealing something new, sometimes raw, sometimes radiant. I don’t stay the same. I am like a river—constantly shifting, flowing, and evolving with each twist and turn of life’s journey.

I began practicing yoga in my early twenties while studying Economics at university. Yoga found me during stressful times—through anxiety attacks, my mother’s cancer diagnosis, quitting smoking, and all the messy, unpredictable moments that life brought. It became my refuge: a sacred space where I could breathe, find stillness, and connect to the quiet wisdom within my body and heart. Amid deadlines, uncertainty, and emotional upheaval, yoga became my steady anchor—guiding me back to myself.

In 2007, I became a certified yoga teacher to share this profound practice that continues to bring me home. For me, yoga is the embodiment of liberation—a way of moving through life with more grace, presence, and authenticity. In my classes, I strive to create spaces where students can reconnect with themselves—where breath, body, and awareness weave into a deeper sense of wholeness.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of learning from master teachers around the world, immersing myself in specialised trainings across Europe, the US, Canada, India, Thailand, Bali, and Australia. My focus includes Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy (especially for cancer and chronic conditions), Restorative Yoga, and Women’s Health. Each of these paths has deepened my understanding of how movement, breath, and stillness can support healing on every level.

In 2012, I founded Yogini Praxis—a creative, heart-led space where ancient yogic wisdom meets modern science and embodied awareness. This fusion allows for a holistic exploration of mind-body practices, designed to meet the needs of a fast-changing world while staying rooted in something timeless.

In my classes, I joyfully blend yoga philosophy, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices—offering a nurturing and transformative experience that supports both body and soul. My intention is to empower individuals to integrate these tools into daily life and to reconnect with their inner landscape—gently, honestly, and with deep care.

My teaching path has taken me into many different environments—from gyms to hospitals, aged-care centres to retreat spaces, women’s health organisations to community wellness hubs. These diverse experiences have allowed me to design specialised workshops and classes for women, and to learn from the incredible, resilient, and inspiring students I’ve met along the way. Every person, every story, has been a teacher. And for that, I’m endlessly grateful.

Who Am I?

I am pure Awareness.

This Awareness is by its very nature Being-Consciousness-Bliss (Sat-Chit-Ananda).

“Love is our true essence. We are all beads strung together on the same thread of love. To awaken this unity and spread to others the love that is our inherent nature is the true goal of human life.”
